All executive positions are made vacant, including the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and committee members.  We encourage all members to consider joining the Executive.

 

The business of the meeting is to:

•  Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting

• Receive from the Committee reports of the association during the previous year

• Elect office bearers of the association and ordinary committee members

• Receive and consider the annual financial statements

• Consider any other business
